Clients are granted a limited license to use the delivered systems for their internal business purposes. Clients may not:

  • Copy or resell Revkins systems
  • Distribute proprietary automation frameworks
  • Reproduce Revkins intellectual property without written permission

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Revkins services may involve integrations with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, messaging platforms, analytics tools, and marketing platforms. Revkins is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services. Clients agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms used in their automation systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revkins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Operational disruptions

Revkins services are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees regarding specific business outcomes.

Both Revkins and its clients agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information includes:

Such information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Termination

Revkins may terminate or suspend services if:

  • A client violates these Terms
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

Clients may terminate services according to the terms defined in their service agreement.
